Adash VA3 Vibration Analyzer / Data Collector / Balancer

VA3 Datasheet

The VA3 is a single or dual channel data collector and analyzer. It is compact and lightweight (2 lbs) with large, high resolution LCD display, powerful processor for fast data collection and analysis.

The VA3 measures in FFT spectrum, orders and time signals, working as either a data collector or as an analyzer with a single-button to switch modes. The 12MB memory allows for a large amount of data archiving with fast data processing for analysis.

The NRS VA3-IS is supplied with a padded carrying case, full instructions, and all applicable cables and accessories. The VA3 utilizes DDS Pro software for analysis and reporting capabilities.

Functions:

• Data Collector: Enables use of all possible measurements in the Data Collector/Route mode. The route is defined in DDS 2000 software and transferred to the Data Collector via the RS232 communication interface. Manual data input is also available via the instrument keyboard.

• Dual Channel: Synchronous (simultaneous) measurement in 2 channels. True Dual Channel/Cross-Phase, Cross-Channel Analysis

• Balancing: Balancing in 1 and 2 planes with trim.

• Measures Any DC Voltage (+/- 10V) or (4-20mA)

• Professional, Professional Plus, and Intrinsically Safe Versions available

DDS PRO 2000 Software:

The DDS 2000 software system represents a powerful tool for storage and evaluation of vibration and technical diagnostics data. It allows the user to connect and work with data collected by both portable data collectors and on-line systems and includes all the functions necessary for data transfer, evaluation, analysis and data storage, saving money and time.

The database of the DDS 2000 system uses SQL and ODBC standards to process data. It is an open system, which can receive and send information to other information systems. The DDS 2000 system fulfils all network operation requirements, allowing several users to access a database simultaneously.

The DDS 2000 system allows the user to select a configuration, which corresponds to their needs. The DDS Pro system offers all the tools necessary for the analysis of frequency and time signals.

Basic requirements of the DDS 2000 include output reports, data communication, fast processing of output messages and reports. A built-in report generator includes charts and photographs, and enables a fast and efficient communication with the other departments. Data may be printed or exported to an electronic file, for use with National Remote Diagnostics.
