Have you ever
been tempted to purchase a test rig? They are great for learning about
vibration in general, and numerous fault types, such as imbalance,
misalignment, and more.
Not only can you learn about vibration, but you can get practice with your
data collector.
Well, iLearnHandsOn is a virtual test rig. Point, click, measure! |
|
We have collected over 250
sets of test data. A set of readings includes three axes of vibration plus
tachometer signal, or two channels of proximity probe data plus tachometer.
The test rig used is quite advanced, and would cost approximately $10,000 to
build. We spent over one week just collecting the data. |

|
To save you a great deal of
time, you simply select the test type, select the measurement position and
axis/channel, then watch the data.
|
|
You can then click Play to
hear it through your speakers or play it into your collector
Yes, you can actually take measurements on
our virtual test rig with your own data collector or analyzer!
It is a great learning tool!
