The
SPM Motor Checker EMC-11 is a portable diagnostic
tool for electricians, used to check rotor and stator inductance, resistance
and insulation. It detects short and open circuits plus isolation faults in
electric motors and other three-phase machines.
Winding resistance and inductance are measured
after switching off the power supply, without disconnecting the supply
cables.
A
reduction in machine performance, such as inefficient operation or
tripping of overloads, may indicate mechanical or electrical faults. The
EMC-11 will immediately detect if the problem is electrical. |
