Easy Laser D525
Complete Alignment System |
|
System D525 has all programs and functions needed for measurement of
different rotating machinery and several programs for geometric
measurements. All parts of the system are designed and built for even the
most demanding workplace and easy setup on any machinery. The versatile
design solves all kinds of measurements quickly with precision. You can
easily measure small and large machines regardless of the shaft diameter,
with a resolution of 0.001 mm [0.05 mils] and with a measuring distance up
to 20 m [66 feet] with optional extension cables( 2m with included
cables).

Shaft Alignment +
Vibration Measurement
The shaft
alignment systems D505 and D525 have become even more universal, with the
potential to measure vibration level (inch/s) and bearing condition
(g-value). As before, the systems contain all programs and functions you
could want for measurement and aligning different types of rotating
machinery. Using a single instrument, you now have the potential to
trouble-shoot, prevent wear and breakdowns in your machines.
The display guides you through the entire measurement process.
The
display unit has a storage memory for 125 alignments and RS232 port for
printer (accessory) and PC connection (The Windows® program
EasyLinkTM is included for measurement data transferring and
data base function).

All programs are standard
- not only shaft alignment
Easy-Laser is not only a shaft alignment system, but now
includes a vibration level and bearing condition. With 21 standard
measurement programs, you can measure virtually anything. Some of the
measurements, for example flatness, parallelism, etc., require optional
equipment.
|
 |
New Vibrometer - Shows vibration
level in "mm/s" or "inch/s" and bearing condition value in "g".
- Requires Optional Probe |
|
 |
Horizontal 9-12-3
- For the alignment of horizontal machines by the 9-12-3 method. |
|
 |
Soft Foot - With
this program you check so that the machine is resting on all feet.
Shows which foot should be corrected (if necessary) |
|
 |
EasyTurnTM
- For the alignment of horizontal machines. Allows complete
measurement with only 40" rotation of the shafts. |
|
 |
Cardan - Shows
the angular errors and adjustment value on cardan-shaft-coupled/center-offset
machines. (Requires accessory fixtures.) |
|
 |
Vertical - For
measurement of vertical and flange mounted machines. |
|
 |
Machine Train -
For the alignment of two to ten machines in a row (nine couplings).
The entire alignment can be followed live on the screen. |
|
 |
RefLockTM
- Any pair of feet can be locked/set as a reference. This is a
sub-function in the machine train program. |
|
 |
Thermal Growth
Compensation - Compensates for difference in thermal growth
between machines. This is a sub-program in the machine train
program. |
|
 |
Offset and Angle
- Shows center offset and angular error between two shafts, for
example. Also suitable for dynamic measurements. |
|
 |
Values - Shows
live readings from S- and M-unit. Can be used for shaft alignment,
straightness measurement and dynamic measurement. Up to four
detectors can be connected in series and be zeroed individually. |
|
 |
Straightness -
For straightness measurement of (for example) machine foundations,
shafts, bearing journals, machine tools, etc. Can handle up to 150
measuring points with two zero points. |
|
 |
Flatness -
Program to measure flatness/twist of (for example) machine
foundations, machine tables, etc. Handles up to 300 measuring points
with three zero points. |
|
 |
Squareness - For
measurement of squareness in machines and installations. |
|
 |
Parallelism -
For measurement of parallelism between rolls, machine ends, etc. Can
handle up to 150 rolls/measurement objects. The baseline or any roll
may be used as a reference. Every object can be individually named. |
|
 |
Spindle Direction
- For measurement of the pointing direction of machine spindles
machine tool, drilling machines, etc. |
|
 |
Center of Circle
- Used for straightness measurement of bearing journals when the
bore diameter varies. For example diesel engines, propeller shaft
installations, ect. |
|
 |
Half-Circle -
Readings are taken at three positions, for example 9, 6, and 3.
Allows varying bore diameters. To be used together with the Turbine
system. |
|
 |
Plumb Line -
With this program you measure plumb (vertical) and straightness of
turbine and generator shafts, for example. |
|
 |
Flange - For
flatness measurement of flanges and circular planes, slewing ring
bearings for example. Can handle up to 150 measuring points. Three
zero points at 120° pitch are computed by the system. |
|
 |
BTA Digital -
For alignment of belt and chain drives. (Requires accessories BTA
Digital transmitter and detector unit.) |
|

 |
Features:
A - Display unit made of anodized
aluminum.
B - Clear, backlit LCD display. Easy to
read even in bad light conditions.
C - Universal shaft brackets with chains.
D - Distinct spirit levels in both units
for quick and accurate positioning.
E - Double rods for each unit, made of
stainless steel.
F - Cables with Push/Pull connection.
G - Small, lightweight measuring units
made of aluminum.
H - All settings are available, as for our
more expensive systems.
I - Durable membrane keyboard with all
characters.
J - RS 232 port for printer and PC
connection.
K - Battery operated display unit. Long
operating time.

The measurement results
Offset and angular misalignment values are shown on the
display, now you know if you are within the recommended tolerance. Plus
the shim and horizontal corrections are given at the same time. Choose
between "live" horizontal or vertical and watch your moves in real time
making it easy to position the machine. Send the measurement results to
a portable printer or store the information for PC interface and
reporting.
No black magic
Shaft alignment with Easy-Laser is no hocus-pocus. Even
if the technique inside the shell is rather advanced, the principle of
measurement is easy. It is based on the reverse indicator method.

EasyTurn shaft alignment
With the EasyTurn-program and system D525 it is possible
to do a measurement even when you can't turn shafts to positions 9-12-3.
With this program it's possible to measure with only 20° rotation
between measurement points. Integrated in both units are electronic
inclinometers which detect the angular position of the units. This makes
it possible to start the measurement anywhere over 360° rotation.
